Project overview

KitchyPro is a Moroccan cash-on-delivery commerce project where the growth problem began with category direction rather than media buying alone. The engagement connected repositioning, content, advertising and operating feedback into one commercial system.

Challenge
The original kitchen-products direction was not producing a scalable commercial signal, and increasing ad spend alone would not solve a weak category and offer position in Morocco's cash-on-delivery market.
Solution
Smartec helped reposition the commercial focus toward home wood furniture, rebuilt the content and advertising system around clearer product demand, and connected paid acquisition with creative testing and COD operating feedback so the strongest signals could be scaled deliberately.
01

The pivot

Fix the commercial direction before scaling the media budget.

The kitchen-products niche was not providing the signal needed for sustainable scale. The response was to shift the commercial focus toward home wood furniture and rebuild the offer, creative and acquisition system around that stronger direction.

02

From category diagnosis to controlled scale.

The work connected strategic repositioning with continuous paid-media and content feedback.

  1. 01

    Diagnose the constraint

Separate weak category and offer fit from advertising execution before increasing spend.

  2. 02

    Reposition the catalog

Shift commercial emphasis toward home wood furniture and clearer merchandising opportunities.

  3. 03

    Build the creative engine

Produce repeatable content and advertising angles that can be compared across campaigns.

  4. 04

    Scale on real signals

Increase investment when creative, order and COD operating feedback support the same direction.
